Commercial flooring innovator Mats Inc. has expanded into the commercial wallcovering market with the introduction of xcore ascend™, accent wallcovering.

xcore ascend™ is an opportunity for interior designers to conceive something bold, unexpected and contemporary with a hint of tradition. The interior wall finish complements Mats Inc.’s existing line of dimensionally-stable, cement core floorcovering, xcore connect™, which launched in April 2017.

Rich texture and authentic-looking patterns imbue the 20-piece collection to bring spaces to life with the beauty of natural elements. Individual panels capture the realistic look of wood and stone to build feature walls that elevate environments far beyond the capabilities of a traditional, flat paint color or wallpaper.

Six wood designs in 6” x 36” planks and 14 stone styles in 12” x 24” tiles with pre-applied adhesive offer quick and easy installation. The accent wallcovering offers dimensional stability, includes a 10 year commercial warranty and is available with deep stocking levels of most designs from Mats Inc.’s Massachusetts and Georgia warehouses.
